Stéphanie Daher is a Postdoctoral Researcher at École Polytechnique (Paris) in the Technology for Change Research Chair, and I hold a PhD in Business Administration from Grenoble École de Management. Her research interests lie at the intersection of alter anthropological perspectives and Organization Studies, with a special focus on Indigenous/Amerindian cosmologies and philosophies. She explores how this knowledge can reshape and decolonize organizational concepts and practices. She is currently working on a project examining the organizational consequences of low- and high-tech approaches to nature preservation within Indigenous groups in the Brazilian Amazon. She engages both theoretically and empirically with Indigenous peoples, communities, and movements to address issues of sustainability, human rights, and gender intersectionality. Her research reflects these engagements, touching on various themes and issues from theoretical, empirical, and methodological perspectives.
