Sanne Bor est chercheuse postdoctorale (deuxième phase) à la School of Business and Management de l'Université LUT, en Finlande. Elle est cheffe de projet et chercheuse à la LUT dans le cadre du projet PackageHeroes (2019-2023) financé par le Conseil de recherche stratégique de l'Académie de Finlande. Il s'agit d'un projet pluridisciplinaire et multi-universités qui promeut et étudie la transformation vers des emballages alimentaires plus durables. Sanne est en visite au LEST pour un séjour de recherche en lien avec ce projet, travaillant spécifiquement sur des questions liées à la collaboration entre organisations dans les transitions de durabilité. Dans le cadre de sa recherche, elle mobilise la théorie des méta-organisations, et plus généralement de la littérature sur les collaborations inter-organisationnelles, et travaille avec des concepts tels que la dynamique, l'interdépendance, la légitimité, la responsabilité, les écosystèmes entrepreneuriaux, la gouvernance collaborative et la gouvernance polycentrique. Pendant son séjour, Sanne présentera son travail sur la transition vers des emballages alimentaires durables lors du séminaire MATIN (21.6., 13:00-14:30). Elle participera également aux activités de MetaOrgTrans. En outre, elle est disponible pour des discussions liées à la théorie des méta-organisations et/ou aux transitions durables. Sanne Bor is a postdoctoral researcher (second phase) at the School of Business and Management at LUT-University, Finland. She is LUT’s project manager and researcher in the PackageHeroes project (2019-2023) funded by the Strategic Research Council at the Academy of Finland. This is a multidisciplinary, multi-university project promoting and studying the transformation to more sustainable food packaging. Sanne is visiting LEST for a research stay in relation to this project, working specifically on questions related to the collaboration among organizations in sustainability transitions. In her work, she draws on meta-organization theory, and literature on inter-organizational collaboration more generally, and works with concepts such as dynamics, interdependence, legitimacy, accountability, entrepreneurial ecosystems, collaborative governance and polycentric governance. During her stay, Sanne will present her work on the transition to sustainable food packaging at the MATIN seminar (21.6., 13:00-14:30). She will also participate to the MetaOrgTrans activities. In addition, she is available for discussions related to meta-organization and/or sustainability transitions.
