Work-Net International launch

The launch event welcomed 26 of Work-Net International's 31 founding members to The University of Manchester - bringing together scholars, policymakers, and practitioners to explore the network's potential to influence international policy and academic discourse on critical issues related to work and employment.

The LEST (Laboratoire d'Économie et de Sociologie du Travail/Institute of Labour Economics and Industrial Sociology, CNRS and Aix-Marseille University), is now part of the Work-Net International, among research centres from Europe, North America, Africa and Asia is now part of the Work-Net International. 

The network aims to foster research and teaching collaborations between research centres and institutes that carry out research on the world of work around the world. Its activities will include support for early career researchers and the development of research groups, as well as fostering international research collaboration and policy dialogue.
